A game about color acuity.
Colorthesia is an important project for me as it was my first solo development process and garnered a small successful Kickstarter as well.
Released originally in 2015 and available until 2020, Colorthesia was built around the idea that your eye’s color accuracy is tricked by different shapes and different colors in proximity than what you remember. This game tests your ability to remember a color while trying to trip you up with different shapes and hues. Played by hundreds of players around the world, Colorthesia provided a fun, simple, addictive, and accessible game experience.
Designing for multiple screen brightness/contrast outputs, learning to code for the first time, and solo game designing for the first time was a difficult but truly rewarding start to my game journey.
