A game about astronomical techniques.

AstronoMe is an education science card game about abstracting actual astronomical techniques such as using a telescope and a spectragraph to decipher obfuscated information on the cards to satisfy research goals.

Originally part of a class project at NYU Game Center, AstronoMe won the Sloan Foundation Grant Award for science based educational games and was designed under the supervision of the American Museum of Natural History’s astrophysics department.

AstronoMe was co-designed with Zach Barash.
